1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 369zk platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for the entire duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. 369zk strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of this platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All funds deposited must belong exclusively to you, and all bets placed must be for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 369zk or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously had an account on 369zk that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not included on any sanctions list, blacklist, or self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 369zk's services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 — One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 369zk platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 369zk identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice, any Bonus credits forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

3.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 369zk accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 369zk support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 — Right to Decline Registration

369zk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for that decision.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

369zk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC verification may be triggered at any stage of your membership, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or upon any material change to your account details.

4.1 — Documents Required

Depending on the nature of the verification request, 369zk may require one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account, or bank statement showing your name and account number)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts

4.2 — Withdrawal Holds During KYC

Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold until all required documentation has been received, reviewed, and approved by the 369zk compliance team. 369zk will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

4.3 — Right to Suspend Pending KYC

369zk reserves the right to temporarily suspend account activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — for any account where a KYC request has been issued but has remained unanswered for more than seven (7) calendar days.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

369zk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP bank transfer; OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets; and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the USDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your 369zk account within three (3) minutes of a confirmed transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider's internal systems. 369zk accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 369zk within five (5) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification (see Clause 4) and compliance review. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 369zk support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to limits depending on your account tier.
• 369zk reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments at its discretion.
• Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.

5.4 — Prohibition on Third-Party Funding

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. 369zk strictly prohibits deposits made from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Member. Funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

369zk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are valid for use on the 369zk platform only and have no monetary value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Unexpired bonuses that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• 369zk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — including any winnings derived from it — if it determines that the Bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 — Game Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Where a promotion specifies that it applies to slots only, bets placed with Bonus funds on live dealer games, sports betting, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the Bonus being voided.

6.3 — Abuse of Bonuses

Any Member found to be abusing the Bonus system — including through low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will have their Bonus privileges revoked, their account flagged, and any fraudulently obtained winnings confiscated. 369zk reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in severe cases.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 369zk platform — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), sportsbook, togel, and e-sports betting — are subject to the rules of the respective game or market in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 — RNG and Fair Play

All random-outcome games on 369zk use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a bet is placed and cannot be altered retroactively by 369zk or any third party. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average payout and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any single session.

7.2 — Sportsbook and Live Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules. 369zk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed (for pre-match markets), or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, a voided selection will be settled as a single at the applicable odds for the remaining selections.

7.3 — Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 369zk will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the Member's account. 369zk accepts no liability for losses caused by connectivity issues on the Member's side, including internet outages, device failures, or browser crashes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 369zk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent security measures
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of insider information in sports betting
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 369zk staff, other Members, or any individual connected to the platform
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location

9 Responsible Gaming

369zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Members with the tools and resources they need to manage their gambling activity safely. Online gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a method of generating income. You should never gamble with funds that you cannot afford to lose.

Every 369zk Member has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum allowable loss over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request inclusion on 369zk's internal exclusion register. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 369zk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, graphical assets, written content, game integrations, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 369zk or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of 369zk.

Any unauthorized use of 369zk's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 369zk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies
• Any adverse legal, tax, or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the platform in your jurisdiction

In all cases where 369zk is found liable to a Member under any legal theory, 369zk's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 — Termination by 369zk

369zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Activity, or poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform. In such cases:

• Any Bonus funds and Bonus-derived winnings in the account will be forfeited immediately.
• Legitimate real-money balances (net of any forfeited Bonus amounts) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.
• 369zk is not obliged to disclose the specific grounds for termination where doing so would compromise a compliance investigation.

12.2 — Termination by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting 369zk support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. 369zk will process the closure request within five (5) business days of receiving it, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 369zk holds its operating license.

By using the 369zk platform, you acknowledge and agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by 369zk's licensing authority. You waive any right to commence or participate in class action proceedings against 369zk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to, or shall, exclude or limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

14 Amendments

369zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 369zk will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 369zk platform after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

369zk recommends that Members review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations.
